Cooperation between companies in the territory has once again focused on one of the economic revitalization initiatives of the Marina Alta. The Passaport Marina Alta project has held its
The call has also brought together technical staff from Creama and representatives of entities linked to economic development and Vocational Training. The purpose has been to facilitate mutual knowledge between businesses and put on the table tools that allow professional relationships to be turned into new opportunities.
The value of networking
One of the main novelties of this edition has been the launch of Protagonistes, a space dedicated to showing business experiences that serve as an example of the possibilities that networking offers.
The companyexperiences Costa Blanca was in charge of opening this section with a presentation of its business model. Its activity consists of contacting local companies and producers to design tourist experiences that are subsequently marketed through its platform.
During his presentation, he shared how some contacts established in previous Passaport Marina Alta meetings have ended up generating real collaborations. He also showed examples of joint projects, including some in which companies present in this tenth edition participate.
This experience illustrated the objective of the Trobades: to facilitate businesses from different fields to find common ground and develop initiatives that, individually, would perhaps be more difficult to implement. The attending companies also had their space to present their projects, products and services through brief interventions.
Resources to consolidate business and improve training
Esther Llorca, a technician from the Business area of Creama Calp, reported on the aid and subsidies that can help promote different business initiatives. Vocational Training also had a prominent role. María Teresa Gisbert, regional FP prospector of the Marina Alta, explained the opportunities offered by this educational system to bring the needs of companies closer to the training of future professionals.
Among the possibilities presented were the reception of students on internships and the accreditation of professional skills, a procedure that allows the knowledge acquired by workers through their work experience to be officially recognized.
The last part of the meeting was dedicated to the exchange of contacts and experiences. During the coffee and networking space, attendees were able to explore possible collaborations and showcase their products and promotional materials.
Subsequent evaluations reflected the interest of companies in holding this type of meetings, especially for their usefulness to learn about other initiatives in the region and open new business possibilities.
Passaport Marina Alta is promoted by Creama within Pacte’MA and has financing from LABORA, an organization dependent on the Generalitat Valenciana and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.
