A 67-year-old woman died in hospital on Sunday, hours after firefighters rescued her from a Tin Shui Wai flat where a blaze had broken out.
A preliminary investigation suggested aromatherapy products ignited objects in the flat, with the fire prompting about 100 residents to evacuate.
Police said officers were alerted at 5.39pm on Saturday after smoke was seen billowing from a flat at Locwood Court in the Kingswood Villas private estate.
