London, United Kingdom, November 5, 2026.- The Veracruz delegation concluded its participation in the World Travel Market in London after attending 78 business meetings with agencies, tour operators, destination promoters and the media.

The commercial agenda was focused on incorporating the state’s destinations into international packages, expanding the range of hotels and experiences available on reservation platforms, as well as promoting Veracruz as a venue for congresses and conventions.

Among the most notable meetings were the meetings with international tour agencies and operators, with whom the possibility of integrating Veracruz destinations into the circuits and packages they market in Europe, as well as operating charter flights, was explored. On the other hand, with digital reservation platforms, alternatives were evaluated so that travelers can consult and reserve hotels and experiences in Veracruz.

Proposals were also analyzed to design itineraries aimed at groups from Romania and to include Veracruz destinations on routes through Mexico. Likewise, options were explored to incorporate reservation and sales engines on digital platforms, as well as strengthen their links with tourism promotion sites.
In the meeting tourism segment, the delegation presented Veracruz’s offer to international event organizers and addressed opportunities related to incentive trips, corporate meetings and gastronomic tours.

On the other hand, a publication specialized in tourism presented a guide that includes 45 Veracruz destinations. Regarding air connectivity, state representatives held meetings with airline executives to analyze alternatives to strengthen air connections to Veracruz.

Through the Veracruz is in Fashion campaign, the state reiterated its commitment to follow up on the agreements and opportunities generated during these meetings, with the purpose of converting the routes and experiences presented into trips that agencies can market, thus generating income for tourism service providers and Veracruz communities.
