Beginning Nov. 16, Hartford HealthCare will transition its customer ride service program from Ride Health to Roundtrip for improved vehicle tracking, increased options to reduce wait times and cancellations and enhanced reporting capabilities.
Colleagues in departments that use Ride Health for their patients must complete the appropriate
HealthStream course before Nov. 16 to have Roundtrip access.
