Theft, criminal trespass: Emmett Mitchell Avila, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Avila Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Avila was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Kidnapping, coercion: Dane Asher Fox, 25, of the 9900 block of Old Stage Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fox Wednesday on charges of second-degree kidnapping and coercion-domestic violence. Fox was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.
Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct: Dean Eric Rossin, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Rossin Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Rossin was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs, criminal trespass: Anthony James Zachman, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Zachman Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Zachman was lodged in jail without bail.
