They include East Hartford-based American Eagle Financial Credit Union, which hired Graff Public Solutions, LLC. And a lobbyist with Tallahassee, Fla.-based Foley & Lardner LLP filed what appears to be a first Connecticut registration, and one firm-client relationship ended.
