Chase Travel℠ is adding properties to The Edit, its curated portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. Next year, the collection will expand to include over 10,000 curated vacation homes.

Eligible vacation homes will be available to book via The Edit starting Jan. 1, 2027. Chase Sapphire Reserve® and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business℠ cardholders will also earn credits for The Edit stays when they book these homes and can get added benefits for each stay.

For Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders, that includes up to $250 in statement credits per prepaid booking (with a two-night minimum) through The Edit, up to $500 annually.

Cardholders can also enjoy added benefits when staying at vacation homes, similar to the benefits they get at hotels and resorts. During The Edit stays at vacation homes, eligible cardholders will get a $150 in-stay credit for add-ons like a massage, private chef, airport pick-up, and more. Early check-in and late checkout is also a perk, when available. Some of these benefits can vary by property, and you must book at minimum four-night stay to qualify.

You can already book vacation homes through Chase Travel using any Chase card with access to the portal, like the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and Chase Freedom Unlimited®. But these curated vacation home bookings through The Edit by Chase Travel and the benefits you’ll get during a stay are only available for Chase Sapphire Reserve and Reserve for Business cardholders.

If you prefer to stay in vacation homes when you travel, more premium credit card issuers are making it easier to book and get added perks.

This news from Chase follows a similar recent announcement from American Express. Amex launched an exclusive partnership with Airbnb, adding its listing to Amex Travel and expanding an existing credit for American Express Platinum Card® and Business Platinum Card® from American Express cardholders to include eligible Airbnb Luxe home bookings.
