4foreverything, a comprehensive experiential marketing and event production company, created 106 premium stands and nearly 962 m² of exhibition space, in addition to developing brand experiences for BBVA and Turismo de Andalucía.
When long-standing international events come to our country, we imagine that they are accompanied by organizing companies from their own countries of origin. Although this is sometimes the case, it is increasingly common for these events to rely on large organization and production companies in the destination country. This is the case of the San Diego Comic-Con. The well-known pop culture, comic and entertainment fair has held its event in our country for the second consecutive year. To make it a reality, the organization has entrusted part of its production and management to 4foreverythingexperiential events agency with extensive experience in the management and production of large international events.
For this second edition held from October 1 to 4 at the Malaga Fair and Congress Palace (FYCMA), the company produced 106 stands premiumin addition to managing services for 153 exhibitors, participated in approximately 962 m² of exhibition space and was in charge of planning the distribution of the stands and developing different spaces and activations for this international pop culture event. This participation was a step forward compared to the 2025 edition, in which 4foreverything participated in only 140 m².
“Events of this magnitude allow us to demonstrate our value proposition: beyond production, we are capable of comprehensively managing the services that organizers of large events need. Spain is a destination increasingly valued by international organizers. When they decide to take their events to other countries, it is essential to offer them reliability and solvency. 4foreverything has a particularly attractive profile for this type of client, and our participation in this event reaffirms that our quality standards live up to their expectations,” he states. Brand experiences for BBVA and Turismo de Andalucía
Among the most notable productions for this edition of Comic-Con in Malaga, 4foreverything highlights two in particular: space Andalusian Crushinstitutional sponsor of the event, and the stand of BBVAmain sponsor of this edition. The Andalusian Crush space brought together six Pop-Out systems connected to each other, along with terraces and outdoor areas. The space integrated rest areas and a bar, and configured a key meeting point within the fair.
4foreverything also produced the stand BBVA, official main sponsor of Comic-Con Málagainspired by a Gotham bank and designed by illustrator Salva Espín. The space integrated different participatory activations that combined entertainment, creativity and brand communication.
The proposal included Personalize your cardan experience that allowed visitors to take a photo and visually personalize their card with a superhero aesthetic; The time machinean immersive space tied to a ticket giveaway for Comic-Con San Diego; and The vaulta dynamic inspired by the game Simón in which the participants reproduced sequences to qualify for merchandising and prizes.
The tour was completed with Comic Jama live artistic intervention by Salva Espín and the association Animatonwhose vignette was revealed on the last day of the fair, and Fee Slayera video game developed by BBVA and inspired by arcade classics, in which players faced commissions.
Production, modularity and exhibitor services
The production of Comic-Con Málaga required months of planning, design, manufacturing, logistics and coordination of suppliers. In the case of 4foreverything, the project began to take shape in May 2026, after a previous commercial phase, and the pre-production period started between July and August. From its headquarters, the company coordinated the carpentry, graphic printing and logistical preparation of materials. The assembly at FYCMA took place from September 17 to 30, with a team of ten assemblers on the ground, five project managers coordinating the project, two 3D designers and two professionals from the Exhibitor Services Department who managed the services required by the exhibitors.
In total, the deployment resulted in 106 stands premium producidos, a dimension of 962 m² of intervened exhibition space and 14 days of assembly, in addition to the previous work of the technical teams and professionals involved in manufacturing, printing and logistics.
For the premium modular stands, 4foreverything used beMatrix reusable modular systems, which allow the structures to be adapted to different configurations and reused in future assemblies. In the Andalusian Crush space, the six Pop-Out systems connected to each other, complemented with terraces and outdoor areas, also responded to a modular solution aimed at optimizing the use of resources, giving continuity to the structures in other projects and contributing, in this way, to the sustainable nature of this event.
The company was also in charge of managing services for 153 exhibitors of the fair, distributed among 59 spaces Space Only and 94 premium modular stands with beMatrix system. To centralize requests and facilitate the contracting of additional services, the Exhibitor Services team managed the needs of the participants through a virtual store developed ad hoc for the event. The platform made it possible to organize orders and coordinate the services required by each exhibitor, with a total of 179 orders managed.
With its participation in San Diego Comic-Con Málaga 2026, 4foreverything reinforced its role in the production of large international events and highlighted the capacity of Spanish companies to tackle large-scale projects, in which design, operational management and visitor experience must work in an effective and coordinated manner.
