Timely Warning Informational Notification: Duke Campus Police are seeing an increase in thefts of E-Scooters and E-Bikes from different locations on campus.
Several thefts have been reported from East Campus, most recently on Monday, Nov. 2, from the Wall Center bike racks.
Anyone with information related to these incidents should contact the Duke University Police Department at 919-684-2444.
DUPD also encourages members of the Duke community to report any unusual behavior they observe.
Several of the recent thefts have included unsecured scooters. Officials recommend that anyone with such a device secure it with an appropriate lock and consider installing a GPS tracker on it.
