Hundreds of young adults across Ghana, Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire gathered on October 24, 2026, for the premiere of Episode 4 of the “Dedicate” series. The events invited attendees to strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and deepen their understanding of temple worship.

Screenings were held near the Aba Nigeria Temple, the Abidjan Ivory Coast Temple and the Accra Ghana Temple. As part of the global Salt Lake Temple Celebration, the events provided young adults in West Africa with an opportunity to participate locally in the celebration and its theme, “Rejoice in Christ.”

“Dedicate” follows seven young adults from Brazil, France, Ghana, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines and the United States as they explore the Salt Lake Temple, meet Church leaders, and find answers to questions of faith, purpose and spiritual identity. Through personal experiences and candid conversations, the series explores how temple worship helps individuals draw closer to Jesus Christ.

Favour Okeke, a young adult from Ghana featured in “Dedicate,” attended the Accra premiere, where she answered questions and shared insights from her experience filming the series.

“It was a very emotional and uplifting experience for me,” she said. “People had personal questions, and they wanted to learn from my experience in Salt Lake City. I embrace every opportunity to share my experiences and testimony of Jesus Christ. He is the essence of everything.”

After watching “Dedicate,” many young adults said the episode helped them better understand the blessings of temples and strengthened their desire to follow Jesus Christ’s example.

“This premiere was wonderful,” said Kouadio Amenan Laura in Côte d’Ivoire. “I felt the importance of going to the temple.”

In Aba, Nigeria, audience members expressed a renewed appreciation for their temple nearby.

“The new episode reminds me of the love our Heavenly Father has for me,” said Esther Omaka Okoro. “Providing a temple here in Aba, Nigeria, is a blessing to me. I am dedicating myself to visit the temple more often to feel His love for me.”

At each event, Church leaders encouraged participants to continue rejoicing in Jesus Christ by choosing each day to follow His example through faith, service and discipleship.
